Head hair is not just an aesthetic element that controls the external appearance only, but it is also a reflection of a person’s health and a mirror of the nature of his life.

Everything we eat or take in terms of care and attention affects the growth, density and beauty of the hair. Hair in general grows in all parts of the body, including the head. It begins to grow from the roots in which the cells intertwine together to form the protein that makes up the hair, which is called keratin.

These roots are located inside a small skin tube in the skin, called a follicle, and it can be said that each hair is connected to a gland. Sebaceous gland produces an oil that has water-resistant properties, and it also gives the hair its shine.

It is worth noting that some children may be born with thick hair that covers the entire head, while others are born with hair that is less dense and widespread. In both cases, the children’s hair may be exposed.

To fall out and be replaced by new hair, it should be noted that children who have large follicles have thicker hair, while children who have narrow follicles have thin hair.

Hair growth is affected by several factors, including nutrition and health status, and to stimulate hair growth, you must provide proper and balanced nutrition for your child, ensuring that he gets essential vitamins and minerals, and try to get rid of any health problems that may affect hair health, and the following points show some ways To nourish children's hair:
